Problem with MySQL data source

I try to configure MySQL data source and each time receive
"The source 'My Syslog Source' checking returned with an error:
Could not find the configured table, maybe misspelled or the tablenames are case sensitive"
Try to re-create DB schema, but receive same result.
Versions : 3.4.1, 3.5.0 beta. mysql : 5.1.61 (Debian)
What I should do ?
