Application Hang

Postby Bugbabe34 » Sat Dec 31, 2005 1:08 pm

Please help. My son is having shutdown problems with his brand new Dell Inspiron 6000 laptop.

In the event viewer he is getting the Error:
Application Hang (101) 1002 N/A LAPTOP

How do we find out what this refers to?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
