drwatson causing crash

Postby sp180 » Fri Oct 28, 2005 10:51 am

Hey

Last night I was going to browse through my shareaza downloads folder in explorer only to have drwatson create a error and close explorer.

most of the time i can use explorer browsing every other folder bar shaz d/loads, occassionally it will crash on other folders from drwatson.

I have tried disabling drwatson in the registry as specified by ms. I have disabled it through wintask and I have also opened drwtsn32.exe unticked all the boxes and set the top to boxes from 10 to 0. All have failed in helping me.

any help would be great
cheers

still looking for a bit of help.

I disabled drwatson again and it appears it wasn't causing the crash.

I now get a error message saying: The instruction at "0x03230bd8" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be written.

Come on this has to be a easy fix.
