Reverse proxy issue with dropdown menus

Postby joernott » Mon Mar 05, 2018 2:28 pm

Hi all,

I set up loganalyzer on an internal host (to be precise, in a docker container) and want to expose it to the developers in a folder on the management reverse proxy. This works and I can access various pages via the browser. For example, accessing events of the first log source via the "Show events" button works fine. When using the dropdown to select a different log source, the browser tries to open /index.php instead of /path/to/loganalyzer/index.php. The same goes for other pages like search, too.

Is there an option, where we can specify the default path or set an explicit path (like phpMyAdmins $cfg['PmaAbsoluteUri']). Looking at the source code in the browser, I can see, that the button uses "./index.php" whereas the dropdown form uses "/index.php"

This can be solved by changing line 125 in include/functions_frontendhelpers.php to
Code: Select all
$content['CURRENTURL'] = ltrim($_SERVER['PHP_SELF'],'/');
