Log Files

Postby jaimet561 » Fri Jul 08, 2016 11:50 pm

Hello everyone,

I hope you all are doing okay.
Before i go research on this question I want to ask you all. I hope I can get an answer.
I have installed adiscon, I am running Fedora 20. It is working, but now I want to view the log files from my Postgres Server that I have installed on my machine.
How can I approach this?
Is it possible that the Postgres Logs be written to a database and then from there we view them from Adisocn Loganalyzer?
Should Adiscon read the Postgres Log files directly??

I was thinking that maybe it would be better if the logs were written to a database because it would be easier to read from a database than to configure adiscon a read from a ton of log files.

What do you think? Please help me out.
I will really appreciate it.
