ERROR: Username needs to be specified

This occurs after clicking on NEXT on step 7 and returns to Step 6 again with the above message in red.
There are no errors in /var/log/httpd/error_log
This using PHP 5.3.x and CentOS 6.4

Well this issue has been solved. Seems lacking in the documentation is the diskfile needs to be created by the user. Seems the software would do that for the user, but hey that is me..oh well.

what did you do to fix this issue?? I am stuck there also. I cannot continue to step 8

I don't recall even using this.
If I can remember there is a file the software is looking for called diskfile.
I think it is a configuration file the software looks for.
I think I did "touch diskfile"
