Hello,


Im not able to pass step7 , i get the following message ERROR: Failed to open the syslog file '/var/log/syslog'! Check if the file exists and LogAnalyzer has sufficient rights to it.

I tried everything like changing permissions to apache:apache , etc nothing works.

any help would be appreciated

Make sure apache is allowed to access folders outside /var/www/. Newer default Apache configurations disallow access to files outside by default.
