Web Workplace ERROR!!

Postby dannygoor » Wed Sep 13, 2006 9:18 pm

I have a Windows SBS 2003 server
I can successfully log into the server from the internet and check mail using OWA but when I go to connect to a client desktop I get this error:

VBscript: remote desktop disconnected
the client could not connect to the remote computer. remote connections might not be enabled or the computer might be too busy to accept new connections...

when I go to the site within the network I can use remote desktop fine..

I have opened all the ports on my firewall
and am not running ISA server.

can someone please help!!!

Do you have some kind of router before the internet? If yes you will need to add Port Forwarding to the Server on Port 3389. Only Port 3389 TCP is used for remote desktop connection.
