IIS was recently reinstalled on a local server, now trying to access a site that functioned properly before, produces the follwing error in the event log:

Unable to start a DCOM Server: {99169CB1-A707-11D0-989D-00C04FD919C1} as ./IWAM_QAGEO. The error:
"The system could not find the environment option that was entered. "

Does anyone have ideas?
