Running on Metaframe. Both XPE and 1.8, running patched win2k or NT4.0.

We have a few clients who often get word exception errors, like

"the server threw an exception. The error code 0x80010105" It only seems to happen on Metaframe using MS Word, no other apps. We can not spot a pattern, and have run out of ideas.


anyone have any experience with debugging these?

Looks like a Software error or bug to me.
Have you tried Office Update? Installed all the latest fixes and patches?

Word and the OS are both patched to current patches, and the meteframe servers have loads of memory. It seems like something is killing the word server itself, but not sure what.
