This is a small problem, the facility's display AUTHPRIV is wrong. the page displays "Unknown Facility".
My configuration is rsyslog 3.16 with database mysql, phplogcon 2.1.1 with database log.

Hrm this is strange, with the next build more details will be printed with the "Unknown Facility", this will help to found out why AUTHPRIV was not detected proberly.

The problem is the file constants_general.php, some constants are not define:
define('SYSLOG_CRON', 9);
define('SYSLOG_LOCAL0', 16);

Hrm indeed these are missing. I will add them, so they will be added with the next minor release.
