Hi I am trying to get Monilog to read entries from WinSysLog that were done in a SQL server database. All I get is

"The logs for the selected time interval do not exist."

but there are 500000 entries in the database for the specified time interval.

I know that the ODBC connection parameters are good (copy and pasted all entries).

Can anyone help?

There could be a number of reasons for this. Kindly send us the following things on support@adiscon.com so that we know the settings that you are doing and can tell you the cause of this problem.

1. debug.log file (present in the folder that you specified in "Reports Location"

2. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Adiscon\MoniLog registry key (Go to start, run and type regedit)
