We have a current web application using SimpleMail(approx 4years). As of last Friday, July 18th we have stopped receiving e-mails. Code has not changed but somehow the recipient address is being converted (between the application server and the Exchange hub) to the Sender address. Anyone have thoughts on possible causes?

sounds strange. But I can tell you for sure that SimpleMail does not alter the Sender address

But I know Exchange does a lot of verifications in emails. Possibly it found the Sender name in the Addressbook and changed it depending on this.

Can you check if there are any new entries in the Exchange addressbook which could cause this?
