I have a problem with Running EventReporter client.

Here is an error message:

Run-time error 713
Class not registered. You need the following file to be installed on you machine MSSTDFMT.DLL

Let me know how can I resolve this problem.

Hi,

it seems like that the Installer did not install all needed components correctly. Please tell me if you had any error's during installation.

Which operating system are you using?
Which Service Pack level is installed?
