from a Windows 2000 Ad in Native mode to Another Windows
2000 Domain in another tree. Interforest Migration . NetIQ
requires Source Domain to be in mixed mode .(needs a PDC
or BDC) in source Domian.

Yes it can. The destination domain must be in native mode as well for it to
work.
