I can successfully publish an issue and send it to our test email address, it arrives, but is blank. Am I doing something wrong?

hrm, some easy questions:

I assume you have edited the Issue in the Issue Edit View?
And you have saved it (Filemenu -> File->Save)?

yes and yes.

then I published it.

then I checked the email for the account I sent it to

when I opened the email, it was blank.

I also did the same for the subscribers to another newsletter. All of them arrived the same way.

and when you edit the issue in the Issue Edit view, you can see it?
Do you have also enabled HTML Message Part for this Newsletter Issue?

When I edit it I can see it and can also retrieve it.

It seems to publish correctly but the recipient gets a blank page.

I used the repair function from the install program and no change.

Sorry, I forgot the second question...

yes I have html checked.

Hrm...please try to send a plain text newsletter only.
If you receive the issue then, it possible could be that your Email ISP blocks html messages.

Anotehr thing, are you using Javascript to display things in your newsletter? FYI: Thinks like scripts are blocked by email clients.

I think I've found the problem. It was in the sequence I was using to post the emails. I found that if I set the html box and the schedule then carefully selected the issue by clicking on the left most box. Then everything works as planned. I was generally clicking anywhere on the line for the issue.
