Exchange 2000 on Windows Server 2003?

FYI: Exchange 2000 can not be installed on Windows Server 2003. It must be installed on Windows Server 2000. The reason are the drastic changes in IIS, which Exchange heavily relies on. Exchange 2003 will run on Windows Server 2003.
