2.3.2 config file has inconsistent newlines

I noticed that config.php from 2.3.2 has CRLFs at the end of the lines for the sources configuration at the bottom of the file, but LFs everywhere else. It doesn't seem to cause problems, but might, and it'd be nice to have it be consistent.

Just saying :)
