Hi all !
I install phpLogCon, and all done. Please say me, phpLogCon can only show logs from DB ?

Once more, can somebody help me ?... i try use php-syslog-ng ,but this dont work ! no one message in my DB.

I use FreeBSD 5.4 and MySQL 4.1 ... i made all configs using manuals from homepage php-syslog-ng.

Maybe anyone can show me working config or say me what alternative i ca try ?

Yes, in the current version it is only possible to show logs from the DB. Sorry that I have no better answer at this time.

your syslog.conf is still valid, you can copy it to rsyslog.conf.

Sample entries for database logging can you find at

Ok ! i install rsyslog .
make config
---
*.* >loaclhost,Syslog,admin,admin
---
in rc.conf i insert line
syslogd_enable="no"
---
rsyslog starting done !....but no logs in DB =( .... DB i make from file include in tarball ...
in MySQL for user "admin" used old_password type...

i have no idea what i can do more....

Have you enabled database support in your Makefile?

Just for the benefit of others browsing this thread. The file "sample.conf" included in the package is a commented sample configuration file.
