error code means: "The list of servers available for the [auto_handle] binding has been exhausted."

It seems to be a temporary error that disappears after a while.

Does anyone know why it can happen what to look for in order to identify the problem?!

looks like a programming error within this "Devioctl" to mee, as it doesn't proberly checks some API return codes.
