This looks like the ODBC data source does not point to the right database and table. It could also be a permissions issue. Could you please double-check the DSN.

The DSN points to the exact same database and table on the new machine as the old one does. When I try a test connection it works just fine. The only difference I see is that on the new machine the version of WinSysLog installed is 5.2.353, whereas on the old macine it is 5.0.330. Is it possible the database schema has changed between these versions and now I am missing some fields?

Thank you,
Don

Hello,

Could you please create a debug log and send it to us?

1. Go to General Options -> Enable Debug Output (set it to FULL Debugoutput)
2. Let it run for some time, then disable the debug output
3. Zip this file and the Registry-file
4. Forward the zip file to support@adiscon.com

That way we can keep better track of your case and anyone else gets the debug log which could hold sensitive information.

I uninstalled 5.2.353 and installed 5.0.330, now everything works just fine.
