RFC3195 problem from beepcore-java

Postby lorinc » Tue Sep 26, 2006 5:32 pm

Hi,

This problem more liblogging related but as far as winsyslog also based on liblogging and I found the same issue with winsyslog.

The initiator (java client) send a SEQ 0 128 message after the greeting and liblogging produce a segmentation fault on it.

http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.ph ... tid=582439

Can anybody help with me this problem?

Regards,
Lorinc

Hello,

the RFC 3195 support in WinSyslog is experimental. Unfortunately, there seems to be nearly-no market demand for RFC 3195. Your question is actually the first indication of any interest within the past two years. For this reasons, any RFC 3195 troubleshooting has been suspend until sufficiently more interest can be seen.

I am sorry I do not have any better answer.

Best regards,
