FYI: This issue is solved. Multiple recipients in the 'Send to email' action caused this issue with WinSyslog version 5. Solution: Configure only a single recipient in the send via email action.

Note: With the latest version of WinSyslog multiple recipients are allowed. A workaround to send notifications to multiple recipients in version 5 is to simply add a 'Send via Email' action for each recipient.
