I have to be able to provide data entry into our database from either the web or phone, I have the web covered, anyone know the hardware or software used to convert phone data (voice or touch tone) into data. All I need is the name and I can Google and do the research, thanks.

I can't seem to pull any hardware or software solutions up on the web, I'm sure I'm not using the right keywords.
