F6 SCSI Driver Installation Question

Postby ntwrkadmn on Sun Mar 19, 2006 4:46 am

I installed 2003 server and missed the F6 function to install the SCSI driver (it flashed by pretty quick), anyway, is there a way I can install the SCSI drivers after the install is complete or do I have to reinstall the OS again? I've never seen it as an option after the install.

I have to press the F1 key to get the server to reboot, I'm sure this is because the SCSI drivers weren't installed.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

if you were able to install Windows 2003 without adding the custom SCSI driver on startup (using F6), then Windows 2003 already had the driver on CD/DVD.

In this case everything should be fine, no need to reinstall anything.

best regards,
