Hi there,

I've followed step by step instructions to configure my WINSYSLOG CLIENT and Interactive Syslog Server. I want to get event logs from my network to my workstation (WINSYSLOG has been installated with administrator's rights). But i can't see anything on the logfile i 've created, neither on the Interactive Syslog Server. However, the Send System Test message works. Can u help me, please ? Many thanks.

Well... maybe it is a simple thing. Have you configured the syslog sender to send to the address of the WinSyslog machine? This needs to be done, because otherwise the sender does not know that someone is listening... If that's not the problem, we are back to the configuration dump...
