I am using eventreporter trail version on SBS 2003 and windows 2003 enterprise server. I first received duplicate emails for same event. Now I cannot even get it to work. My smtp server is on the same server I am monitoring. I left the default setting for mailserver of 127.0.0.1. I installed eventreporter on the other windows 2003 server to monitor the same event on that one. I did not receive any email in testing that server. I set the mail server to 10.0.0.1 Is there a simple tutorial to set up this process from the defualt settings. Do i need to reinstall the program?
