we need a little bit more information about that Event.
For example which Windows Version are you using?

From a few Newsgroup searches, there are others having the Problem with windows media services on Windows 2003.

OS: windows server 2003 Edition
Vindows Media services 9 series

I had the same problem, try changing the logon details from the system account to local account - worked for me
