Hello all,
After I installed SP1 on several servers Event Reporter doesn't work anymore. When I try to start the server I get an "error 203: The system could not find the environment option that was entered" and the event log show an error ID 114 about the monitorware agent trial expired. This happens even though I have entered the license number for the application.
Does anyone have an idea how to fix this without having to reinstall event reporter on every server?
If I remove it and reinstall it it works fine, however, I cannot import registry settings as it would quit working again and I want to avoid having to configure all of my filters from scratch on every server.
I have the latest version (7.0.252, client 7.0.177). Thanks for any input.

Please disregard.
I had a typo and the license number was wrong. This just happened at the time that I installed SP1 on almost the same servers that I had configured with the new version 7.
Next time I'll double check the license before creating a reg file for multiple installs.

We have handled this request by our ticketsystem because we have exchanged license information. The entered license key was not correct. We recommend all customers to take a look at the following hints

if the license does not work.
