Hello,

I have Eventreporter7 trial and am trying to use it to push evenlog info to syslog running on Fedora Core3. Everything appears to be functioning except that the facilities that I tell server events to go into are not going where I tell them. I have setup a log file /var/log/network/serverx and have set up all local4.* messages to go only to that file. I have done the same in the Eventreporter Log Monitor (LOCAL_4.*). The issue is that the logs do not appear in the file monitoring facility local4. Instead the appear in the catchall log file /var/log/messages.

Any ideas?
