If this does not work, try the following:
1. Exit both Word and Outlook
2. Start REGEDIT and delete the following registry key:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{00020906-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}
3. Exit Registry Editor and repair or reinstall Office.
