1. Pls handle messages in multi-byte languages properly.
(Currently it cannot handle or show these messages.)

Impact for us: severe damage so we have to use other daemons as well, for the viewer.

Area of function: Interactive Syslog Server component.
Versions: 4.x and higher, at least.
Frequency: 100% when such a message is received and shown.

How to reproduce:
(1) Send a message containing Japanese or chinese, either directly to the Interactive Syslog Server or Winsyslog.
(2) Compare what characters are shown or not shown, with the Online Syslog Viewer. See if there is a character missing. Or even a text log that you take with Winsyslog is enough.

2. Pls implement "minimize to system tray" function.
This is a wish, as it is cozy to have the viewer stay on the task tray. Only when we need the viewer it shows the window.
Impact: positive. we can hide it when we do not need it to be.

thanks a lot for your feedback. Your feature requests sounds very good from my point. I will forward them to our development and see how fast we can implement them
