System: Windows 2000. Event ID: 45, The system could not sucessfully load the crash dump driver. How to fix it? I have tried to find out by myself, but i faild. This is the reason why I can't enable hybernate support.

I found out where was the problem :) It was that ****ing Daemon Tools virtual CD driver locking access to atapi.sys. Thanks FileMon, which helped to figure it out :)

right, ATAPI.sys ist the problem

I had the same problem, but there was another process locking the atapi.sys (fount with proceyp.exe from MS). After closing all handles to the atapi.sys, I could enable the hibernation. No it works
