MonitorWare Knowledge Base

When I try to install Monitorware 2.0 RC1 on 2003, i get an error that tells me it cannot install MDAC 2.7 and it kills the install. 2003 has MDAC 2.8 by default. Is there anyway to get around this?

thanks for pointing us to this issue. There was an outdated mdac included in MWConsole 2.0 RC1. This has been corrected in the final version of MWConsole 2.0 which can be download from here:
http://www.mwconsole.com/en/Download/

Please redownload the setup from there (The small one is sufficient in your case), it will work on Windows 2003.
