Question about IETF RFCs supported by rsyslog

Is there a list of recent/new IETF RFCs that are supported by rsyslog?
RFC 3195, RFC 5424, RFC 5425 and RFC 5426? Please clarify. Thanks.

5424 yes (with a few nits as it is not based on the final spec)
5425 yes
5426 yes
