Hello,

Can anybody tell me how I would restrict access on a local
machine for a guest? For example, how do I restrict them
from looking into certain folders, and not download
anything and install it?

Set them DENY permission on those folders. For simplier management, place
restricted folders under only one folder and restrict access on this folder.
But I think, you want to restrict access by some general rule which I think
doesn't exist. You are only allowed to use "Security Templates" for
GPO/localGPO to automate the setup.
