Hi,
i have a strange problem with the new Adiscon Tools:
We are testing Eventreporter 6.2, Winsyslog 5 an Monilog 2.x.
Everything is working fine, exept that Monilog is not generating a Report. The cause for this is the wrong message format, send by Eventreporter.
On our old versions, the syslog message format looks like this:
"EvntSLog: [INF] Sat Feb..."

But with the new version, the message format looks like:
"Feb 21 18:43:46 ZANARCHIV EvntSLog: [INF] Sat Feb ..."

I tried to get rid of the Date and Servername in front of the message, but no way...
Unfortunately all FAQ and Hints on the Adiscon HP are outdated (only valid for old products).

Can anybody help me? How can i get rid of the Date and Server-String inside the message?

in my post i used a wrong version number for Event Reporter. Its currently 6.2

Please send me your registry settings of EventReporter. You can do this by going to Computer->Export Settings to Registry (Not binary one). Save the file. Attach it and send it on support@adiscon.com

I will review your settings and will let you know whats wrong. Kindly use the same subject i.e. Wrong LogFile Format for Monilog so that i know what was the problem. I will be waiting for your registry settings.
