When I start Eventreporter on Win NT 4.0 Server i get following messege in event log , error event id 1004,

An action type not supported by this version of the service was detected. This might be caused by using an older version of the servie together with a newer configuration client. Additional help might be available at http://www.adiscon.com/EventHelp.asp

What version of Eventreporter do you use? Maybe it is a configuration issue. For better assistance, please send us your configuration by email to support@adiscon.com. To do so:

1. Go to Computer Menu -> Export Settings to Registry-file (not binary!)
2. Save it
3. Go to General Options -> Enable Debug Output (set it to maximum)
4. Let it run for sometime, then disable the debug output
5. Forward this file also with the Registry-file to us
