.spec for RHEL5

Postby martin_pg on Thu Jul 03, 2008 3:33 pm

Hi all!

I'm new to rsyslog so please bear with me ;)

Urgently need a .spec file to create a RHEL5 package.
Found http://people.redhat.com/pvrabec/rpms/r ... yslog.spec but needs a lot of tweaking :/

Any hints?

Cheers,
Martin

I have no idea at all of packages... but rsyslog is in RHEL 5.2 - any way you can get hold of that spec file?

Well, finally used the .spec from ftp://fr.rpmfind.net/linux/fedora/devel ... 10.src.rpm which needed just 1 or 2 changes.

It'll compile just fine.

Thanks
