It's event ID 10107

I get this error from Internet Explorer whenever I try to download ISO's, only ISO's. I get other errors from other browsers (Mozilla), and FTP clients. It's impossible to download an iso image. The only thing I can think of is that I uninstalled Zone Alarms recently, I did it because I heard there were download issues with it. Or maybe it's something to do with the ISO PowerToy for Windows XP that I tried unsuccesfully to install.
