What in life is save ;)
But you can use the windows inbuild cleanup function (right click properties on your harddrives and click Cleanup), it will do almost everything automatically ;)

thanks , but some say's be careful, removing files that are still needed can cause some applications, or even windows itself,to stop functioning. :? it still ok to clean up???

If you use the inbuild windows function to automatically clean up the harddrive, it is SAFE.
If you clean up manually, it is NOT SAFE ;)
