is it safe to clean up the hard drive?

hi! is it safe to clean up my hard drive? cause my computer is gatting slower than before. any help would be appreciated

But you can use the windows inbuild cleanup function (right click properties on your harddrives and click Cleanup), it will do almost everything automatically

thanks , but some say's be careful, removing files that are still needed can cause some applications, or even windows itself,to stop functioning. it still ok to clean up???

If you use the inbuild windows function to automatically clean up the harddrive, it is SAFE.
If you clean up manually, it is NOT SAFE
