I tried a lot but didn't find where can I change the "Welcome" message at windows XP start up or log on. if anyone knows how to do it please post me an answer...

Hi,

isn't there a little checkbox at the left bottom of this welcome window where it writes something like : "Show this message at every window start" ? Disabling this checkbox will make this window not showing any more.
