"The operation could not be performed because the object's parent is either uninstantiated or deleted. "

I'm issuing the following command

dsmove "cn=name,ou=OUname,dc=domain,dc=com" -newparent "ou=OUname,dc=new,dc=domain,dc=com"

I'm running AD 2003 in native mode and I've created a child domain. I have to move all the users to the child domain and when I run the dsmove I keep getting the above error.

Does anyone have any ideas?
