get the error :
DCOM got error "The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it. " attempting to start the service IAP with arguments "" in order to run the server:
{B0C61A79-0870-4BE4-9153-9CCAF422E31F}

any idea how i can solve this problem or what actions should i take?

Open Add/remove programs
Scroll down to OMCI and uninstall it.
OMCI = "Dell OpenManage Client Instrumentation" - you can download and reinstall that if you want, but I wouldn't worry about it.
