Has anyone ever seen this event?

The "failed at" line could be any application. I am getting it on several of my workstations. I can not find any information about this particular event anywhere on the web, or on Microsoft's support site.

I am suspecting it is some type of hardware error, but I am getting it on at least 10 different machines. They are all older machines with the same mother board, all running Windows XP Pro with SP2 installed.

One more thing, I am also getting event 4356, which is:

The com+ Event System failed to create an instance of the subscriber partition:{<GUID>}. <function> returned HRESULT <error code>.
