Yep, I have the same problem on my server. Still trying to find the solution :-(

I had the same problem. In your application log, do you also have a sysmonlog 2006 error? I did. I saw that the performance logs should have been writen to c:\perflogs and this directory did not exist. I created it and restarted the machine and maybe it is solved now?

Even I have the same problem but I dont have sysmonlogs 2006 error in my Application Log. How to get rid of this.

Please suggest its giving this error every 30 Min. in system Log
