I was receiving File Replication Service Errors 13552 as below coupled with 13555
Event ID: 13552
(The File Replication Service is unable to add this computer to the following replica set:
"DOMAIN SYSTEM VOLUME (SYSVOL SHARE)" )

Microsoft recommends restarting the ntfrs service from a command prompt in hopes that it fixes itself, otherwise restore the system state on the affected DC (a last resort in my opinion.)

I fixed this problem by freeing up some space on the system drive (only 250 was available) and restarted the ntfrs service.
