The driver disabled the write cache on device \Device\Harddisk0\Dr0

This is an informational message. I guess you have AD running on this disk. Windows disables the write cache because otherwise a power failure could have catastrophic impact on AD (the whole forest!). You can temporarily re-enble the write cache in device manager, but you need to do so after each boot. If you do, don't complain to me when you loose your AD after a power or hardware failure
