Found a bug

When you Edit a View Definition, when I select the Field Hierarchy tab, and then press <esc>, the view reverts to only showing the ID field, with no other columns.

To fix this, edit the View Definition again, and instead of pressing <esc> press finish instead.

This only happens when you select the Field Hierarchy tab
